ACHIEVE GOALS

In the first half, clinical psychologist Dr. George Pratt, shared tips for helping people achieve goals, as well as emotional well being. Mindfulness meditation can have a significant calming effect on the central nervous system, he noted. One way to do this, is to close your eyes, become totally aware of the breathing process, and breathe in through the abdomen rather than the chest, he detailed. This so-called "belly breathing" activates a natural relaxation response that counteracts stress, he explained. One of the best things you can do for your brain is to practice gratitude, and make a list of the things you are grateful for, he added.
Dr. Pratt addressed the problem of young people devoting so much time to their electronic devices and video games that they are often lacking in important interpersonal skills. He cited the importance of spending time outdoors, where recurrent patterns in nature or fractals have a calming effect on the brain. As far as New Year's resolutions, he suggested people pick just one goal to focus on. It should be something that can have measurable results, the goal should be written down, and a certain amount of time allocated for it to occur.
------------------------------------------
In the latter half, PhD researcher Cal Cooper talked about his work in parapsychology including telephone calls from the dead, links between ancient Egypt and the paranormal, and the psychical feats of the late Dr. Alex Tanous. Some of the first research about phone calls from the dead was done by Scott Rogo and Raymond Bayless some 30 years ago, and Cooper sought to update it with the advent of mobile phones and texting. While in some cases, the grieving person may be more apt to construe a wrong number or coincidence as being from a recently deceased loved one, there have been cases where an individual has a lengthy conversation and only finds out after the fact that the person they were talking to died a number of weeks earlier, he reported.
Alex Tanous, who had psychic visions from a young age, and the claimed ability to astral project his body wherever he wanted, offered his services to police forces, as well as the American Society for Psychical Research, who explored and proved his abilities via various experiments. Cooper also talked about near-death research and the visions of deathbed patients, who have described encounters with their deceased relatives, as their own lives were ending. In one instance, Cooper recounted, a terminal patient said he was visited by a young relative who had just died that morning in a car accident, yet the patient would have had no way of knowing about it, as the family was trying to keep that information from him.

REMOTE VIEWING FORECASTS;

On Monday's show, remote viewing teacher Ed Dames returned to discuss the current cases his agency-- the Matrix Intelligence Agency-- is working on, as well as his forecast for the new year ahead. Living up to his nickname of "Dr. Doom," he foresees 2014 to be a dark time, when the mainstream media will no longer be able to cover-up the disastrous effects of Fukushima radiation which will begin to show up on the West Coast of North America. There are almost no sanctuaries in California, Oregon, Washington, and British Columbia as they will be hit by both airborne and marine radionuclide plume, "and they're going to continue to hit the coast for the next 100 years," unless there's some kind of intervention, possibly ET in nature, he indicated.
Dames and his group have an ongoing remote viewing project that looks at types of ET/alien contact. They recently studied the 1994 UFO sighting in Zimbabwe, in which 62 schoolchildren described a similar alien encounter, and telepathically heard a warning about humans hurting the planet. They concluded the kids were in a catatonic state that was induced from glowing white spheres that beamed or implanted ideas in them. The ETs behind this engagement were actually human in terms of their DNA, but raised on another planet, he added.
The interaction between the core of the Earth and the sun is what is most affecting our planet's weather, and we could be heading into a mini-Ice Age, he said. The solar "killshot" will take down power grids predominantly in certain areas, especially "broad plains with a lot of electromagnetic induction," he detailed. Dames also sees American economic power on the wane, with nations like Russia and China abandoning the "petrodollar" in favor of their own gold-backed currency. As this happens, smaller countries like Saudi Arabia, and even England, will turn away from the United States, he continued. By the late spring of 2014 we'll begin to see various currency collapses, he warned
Illuminati & Music Industry:
On Saturday's show, media analyst and political activist Mark Dice (YouTube Channel) joined John B. Wells to discuss Illuminati influences in the music industry and how some of today's hottest stars use esoteric symbols and song lyrics to push the secret society's agenda. According to Dice, the Illuminati are an extension of the ancient mystery schools and form a modern elite ruling class bent on dominating every aspect of society. Adam Weishaupt founded the group in Bavaria in 1776 and established the idea of controlling the media as a way to influence society, he explained. Illuminati idols have infested pop music with messages promoting pure evil, materialism, sexual debauchery, drug use and other destructive behaviors, he continued, noting how it has poisoned the collective mind of the masses and damaged society's moral compass.
Dice called Miley Cyrus a demonic dirt bag who teaches kids to do stripper moves, pop ecstasy and snort cocaine. He pointed to a video by Christina Aguilera that shows the singer holding a bisexual orgy in a church and then firebombing the desecrated site with a Molotov cocktail. Jay-Z promotes a philosophy of Satanism in his music and is a fan of infamous Satanist Aleister Crowley, Dice said, adding that the famous rapper has a gold-covered human skull worth $34,000. Crowley's philosophy of 'do what thou wilt' can be found in popular songs such as "The Motto" by Drake, which features the phrase YOLO (you only live once), and Kanye West's "I Am A God," he revealed. Ke$ha has posted Pentagrams on her Facebook page and even collected fans' baby teeth from which she fashioned a bra and headdress, Dice reported, noting that the singer-songwriter claims to have had sex with a demon.
Dice also commented on a story of a fifth grader who claimed to be a member of the Illuminati and threatened to sacrifice classmates to Satan before attempting to stab a fellow student, as well as one about a 27-year-old rapper who allegedly tried to sacrifice his friend in order to join the Illuminati.

Globalization:
In the first half of Wednesday's show, editor of Investigate Magazine in New Zealand, Ian Wishart, discussed how people all over the world are waking up to the scary potential of abuse from centralized global control. He argued that hard-won freedoms are being chiseled away every day as a global bureaucracy emerges. Humankind has always had a lust for power and control, but in recent years increases in technology and communications have enabled efforts toward globalization, even as the growth of the Internet has brought dissension to their plans, he commented. Globalism is pitched to the public as a fix for insecurity-- people want the government to take care of them, but "hidden behind this mask of friendliness, peace, and love is a very dark agenda," he remarked.
They eventually want to impose a kind of totalitarianism, with a new world religion, and international treaties that will be enforced via the United Nations, such has been proposed around climate control, he cautioned. Current education curricula are conditioning students into their way of thinking, he added. Wishart, an evangelical Christian, suggested that the Vatican may have a done a deal with the Devil, and cited the presence of a Luciferian "altar" at the United Nations building in New York
Biometrics & The End Times:On Sunday night's program, John B. Wells was joined by researcher of ancient mythology and paranormal phenomenon, Tom Horn, and retired intelligence analyst, Terry Cook, for a discussion on biometric identification technology and how it connects to the New World Order and the End Times.  They warned that a biometric identification system is being developed which will catalog the iris, face, and fingerprint of every person on the planet.  Horn cited a recent paper , written by a Duke University professor, which outlines this very agenda that is underway.  The publication, which he said "provides the blueprint, literally, for the 'mark of the beast,'" details how the ultimate plan will make it impossible for people to perform basic daily functions without being a part of the identification system.

Tying biometrics to an even more sinister element, they observed that the leading companies in the industry have named themselves after "ancient demons related to the enslavement of mankind."  To that end, Horn pointed to the company Kronos, which shares its name with an ancient demonic deity that sacrificed children.  Additionally, he noted that Proteus Digital Health, which is developing and marketing an ingestible microchip, has the same moniker as a primordial, shapeshifting God which could both influence the consciousness of an individual as well as mutate them.  "You know when they pick these names, they didn't just draw them out of the air," he said, "they pick them for a purpose."

While Horn advised that "digital slavery should be of concern to people of all faiths, any faiths, or no faith whatsoever," the duo foresees it as being part of a much larger plan aimed at ushering in a Satanic New World Order.  As such, Cook dismissed mainstream appellations such as communism or socialism which may be tied to the NWO, since it will merely be "Satanism in disguise with political labels."  According to him, the New World Order era will be a paradigm shift into total chaos that will last for seven years until the judgment day. "This is the final call, ladies and gentlemen," Cook declared, "this is not a joke."  Therefore, Horn called for greater awareness of the potential dangers which may emerge via a national biometric system, which he stressed is "coming if people don't cast light on it."

ANCIENT HUMANS & ORIGINS

On Wednesday's show, 'forbidden archeologist' Michael Cremo discussed evidence for humans in extreme antiquity, as well as his work on ancient giants, vimanas (ancient flying craft), and Vedic cycles. He also reacted to reports of DNA being found in human bones from 400,000 years ago in Spain (see related article). While the scientists in this case are not talking about the same type of humans found today, "I do believe at that time in Europe, 400,000 years ago, and even long before that, going back many millions of years, human beings like us were in fact there," he commented. He cited the case of 19th century French archaeologist Jacques Boucher de Perthes who was making excavations in Abbeville, France and found an anatomically modern human jawbone in a layer that was estimated to be 430,000 years old. While scientists at the time suggested a hoax was being perpetuated, Boucher de Perthes did additional excavations at the same site, and found 100 additional anatomically modern human bones, Cremo recounted.
Another intriguing case from the 19th century involves an object found in a block of coal in Austria called the Wolfsegg Iron. The coal that the curious round metallic object came from was dated to the middle Miocene period-- which means it was 10-12 millions years old, Cremo explained. Additionally in West Virginia in 1944, a bronze or brass bell was found in coal that was around 300 million years old, he continued. According to ancient Sanskrit texts, humans have existed on Earth for many millions of years, but there are devastation cycles at intervals of about every 300 million years, he noted.
Cremo presented reports for the existence of ancient giants. One of the best cases was a discovery in Castelnau, France by archaeologist Georges de Lapouge of bones from a Bronze age skeleton estimated to be over 11 ft. tall. He also detailed the concept of psychic archaeology, such as practiced by clairvoyants like Geoffrey Hodson, who could describe creatures by touching excavated bones.

UFO & ET;

On Sunday night's program, George Knapp welcomed a different guest in each hour for a discussion on all things UFO and ET, including a bizarre UFO crash that's been called 'Mexico's Roswell' (Ruben Uriate/Noe Torres ), personal alien abduction accounts from two different abductees (Niara Isley/Bret Oldham), and an update on the latest happenings in the world of UFO research (Alejandro Rojas).
In the first hour, abductee Niara Isley recounted her experience which began after she witnessed a mysterious craft at the military's secretive Tonopah Test Range in Nevada. She explained that, soon after being sent to the base to train pilots on how to avoid being detected by radar, she spotted a UFO in the sky, which she thought might be a back-engineered US test craft. Strangely, she noted that there were armed guards standing nearby and their intent seemed to be to ensure that Isley and her colleagues saw the UFO. The group was then herded onto an old school bus with blacked-out windows, and they were taken to a medical facility where Isley was drugged. At a later date, she said, her superiors forced her to board a craft, which was manned by both a grey and reptilian alien, and she was actually taken to the moon.
The Coyame UFO crash was the focus of the 2nd hour as researchers Ruben Uriarte and Noe Torres detailed their investigation into the 1974 incident which took place along the border of Texas and Mexico. This event, they reported, featured a mid-air collision between a small airplane, flying from the United States into Mexico, and a UFO. When the Mexican military investigated the crash site, they discovered a small disc and, while transporting the object to a nearby Army base, the soldiers grew ill and died. Having monitored the recovery effort via spy satellites and airplanes, the US military then intervened, taking all of the debris as well as the bodies and destroying all the evidence. Although the event happened nearly 40 years ago, the duo described the case as still "unfolding" and expressed hope that witnesses will come forward with their knowledge about the events in Coyame.
Third hour guest, Bret Oldham, talked about his ET abduction experience and how it seemed to cause additional paranormal activity in his life. He traced his story back to the age of 5, when he was woken up by a bright light shining through the window of his home. Pulling back the curtain, he found himself face-to-face with an ET grey and subsequently blacked out. He was revived inside a spaceship and was deeply distraught, so the aliens brought him to a room where he encountered a taller ET that attempted to assuage his fears. After this initial encounter, the abductions continued throughout Oldham's teenage years and he also began seeing ghosts and developed clairaudient abilities. Ultimately, he theorized that the dimensional manipulation used by ETs causes changes in the vibrational frequency of abductees which results in them becoming beacons for paranormal activity.
In the 4th hour, ufologist Alejandro Rojas shared his thoughts on a variety of UFO cases and trends. He observed that deciphering the agenda behind abductions is particularly difficult because the basic stories sound similar but the details and information imparted to abductees are often vastly different. Regarding video footage of UFOs in this age of cell phone cameras, he lamented that ad-driven sites like YouTube have given newfound monetary incentive for hoaxers to create compelling fake videos in an effort to generate online excitement and, in turn, great profit. He also talked about the importance of celebrities embracing and endorsing the UFO phenomenon as a means of increasing public awareness about the enigma. To that end, Rojas talked about his recent appearance on Keeping up with the Kardashians, where he and Travis Walton took the famous sisters to the outskirts of Area 51.

UFO;

On Monday's show, author and researcher L.A. Marzulli discussed his UFO and ET research that went into his latest documentary Watchers 7 (trailer). There are some 2,000 UFO sightings a month in recent years, including huge motherships like the mile-wide craft witnessed in the Phoenix Lights, and a giant UFO seen in Alaska. He described intriguing UFO footage captured in Kumburgaz, Turkey which may show actual ET inhabitants in the craft, as well as an abductee on a table with a mantis-like being nearby (view image analysis by Mario Valdes).
Regarding alien implants removed by Dr. Roger Leir, they could be a type of highly sophisticated computer, "which may tie in to the ancient prophetic texts...the idea of the mark of the beast, which I believe changes the host's DNA," Marzulli commented. As far as the alien agenda, he thinks hybrid beings are being integrated into the population via abduction and breeding programs, and the ETs (who are the "fallen ones" from the Bible) are creating their own army.
He also talked about the 1917 Fatima incident in Portugal, in which thousands witnessed the sun appearing as an opaque, spinning disc in the sky. The miraculous sighting was attributed by believers to stem from the apparition of the Virgin Mary or Our Lady of Fatima, but Marzulli contends what they were seeing was a UFO, and that it wasn't really Mary but an alien messenger of deception. Further, he suggested the Vatican is getting ready to reveal an ET connection, perhaps like an alien savior, which could be the "coming great deception" that was prophesied thousands of years ago.

TIME TRAVEL

In the first half of Monday's show, Professor of theoretical physics Ronald Mallett gave an update on his quest to develop a time machine (he was originally inspired to do this after the early death of his father). The fact that time is affected by gravity became key to his work. "It turns out that you can actually use gravity to manipulate time in such a way that you can actually bend and twist time into a loop and this allows the possibility of traveling back into the past," he explained. "When you're trying to manipulate space and time, you have to do it in some way, and when you start the manipulation process you're actually beginning to capture the past in a way that you can revisit again," he continued.
Mallett's concept for a time machine centers around the idea that a circulating laser beam can cause a twisting of space and time, and thus loop the past and the future together. Yet, there are built-in limitations to such time travel-- the device if developed would only be able to visit the past that occurred after the machine's inception, and if the machine was turned off during a visit, the traveler wouldn't be able to return, he detailed. Mallett also discussed experiments being done with the Large Hadron Collider-- it acts as "sort of a time machine, as far as sending particles into the future," along the lines of Einstein's theory of relativity
