A Scottish woman on vacation at Loch Ness was fortunate enough to have the tourist experience that thousands of visitors to the site every year hope for when she seemingly spotted Nessie! Calley Tulleth took a holiday to the famed paranormal landmark with her family and, during a leisurely lunch, she suddenly noticed something very strange in the water. Mysterious Light Appears Over St. Louis:
Multiple videos have emerged of a mysterious light hovering over the St. Louis Gateway Arch on August 2nd, 2016. Illinois resident Chase Rhoads filmed his video around 2:30 am while on break at his job as a cleaning consultant. Rhoads guessed that the light hovered about two hundred feet over the arch. "It didn't fly over," Rhoads said. "It just appeared." And he's not the only one who saw something. A surveillance camera at Malcolm W. Martin Memorial Park also captured a mysterious light.

In the first half of Friday's show, George Noory welcomed the host of Cinema Insomnia, Mr. Lobo , for a discussion on sci-fi and horror films. Lobo commented on the popularity of his on-demand streaming show, noting 63,000 views have come from George's other home city, St. Louis. He currently produces 10 episodes a year and features comedic and interesting bits about movies such as Plan 9 from Outer Space and other so-called "trashy" films. According to Lobo, a recent study has found people who enjoy such films are highly intelligent. "So we don't have bad taste, we're just really smart," he said. Read the full recap.

Unarius & Mars: In the first half of the program, teacher for the Unarius Educational Foundation, David Reynolds , discussed the work of Unarius co-founder Ernest Norman and the insights he revealed about Mars. According to Reynolds, Norman was a profound genius who possessed a spiritual intelligence that "we have never seen before on planet Earth" as well as extreme clairvoyant abilities. Using these skills, he claimed, Norman entered into communication with the leader of an alien race that lives underground on the Red Planet. Via a series of 33 astral trips to Mars, Norman was able to document the history and life of these ETs, sharing these revelations in the 1955 book The Truth About Mars. Based on the writings of Norman, the Martian race are a "peace-loving people" that fell victim to an astronomical catastrophe around 100,000 years ago when a sun-like star in a distant galaxy exploded and hurled debris towards their planet. Having 200 years to prepare for the oncoming onslaught, the Martians decided to move their entire civilization underground in order to survive. Although fierce sand storms occasionally reveal aspects of their subterranean structures, Reynolds contended that "they have very cleverly hidden their society" because "they don't want anybody to come, uninvited, to their world." Over the course of his appearance, Reynolds also shared insights into the nature of Martian society as well as how the history of Mars connects to Earth and the human race.

Baffling Disappearances:
On Monday's show, former lawman turned investigative journalist, David Paulides, discussed patterns of missing persons in America's national parks and other rugged wilderness areas, and how these disappearances fit a peculiar set of circumstances that defy logic. The number of these unusual cases has risen to around 1,100 and some of them date back decades. The majority of the cases were associated with bad weather, berries (people picking berries for instance), near a swamp or water, and of the children who disappeared most were with dogs at the time, he detailed. Most of those who vanish are under the age of 12, and about 50% are found alive, but semi-conscious with little memory of what happened, he continued.
Paulides said that there's been a geographical clustering of cases in places such as Yosemite, which can occur in cycles of every 12-15 years, and typically bloodhounds are unable to find a scent during searches. In the case of Keith Parkins, a young boy who disappeared near his grandparents' home in Oregon in 1952, he was found unconscious 20 hours later, over a dozen miles away, an unlikely distance for him to have traveled on his own. In the 1969 case of Dennis Lloyd Martin, a six-year-old visiting Great Smoky Mountain National Park with his family, an "enormous sickening scream" was heard at the time of his disappearance that was deemed too loud to be coming from the boy.
Some in the Martin family thought they saw something like a bear, and reportedly admitted that there was a figure carrying something on its shoulder, Paulides recounted, adding that he believed this case involved an abduction. There have been accounts of "wild people"-- individuals who wear animal pelts and live up in the mountains. There was one incident the same year as the Martin disappearance involving a park ranger being attacked by one of the wild people, he noted. Paulides also suggested that the government's seeming lack of interest in these odd disappearances indicates a cover-up of some type.

Missing Plane:Tuesday's second hour guest, former police officer specializing in accident investigation, James Sanders, offered analysis of the Malaysian Flight 370 mystery. If the pilots weren't the ones who instigated the incident, it would have taken a real pro to do it, he noted. It's improbable that the plane was taken over while they were in the air, like the 9-11 hijackers, because then a signal would have been put out, he added. Two years ago, the co-pilot of the plane is alleged to have opened the cockpit door to two young ladies, and let them ride with them, so it might have been a scenario like that, he conjectured. If the plane was taken over by terrorists and they used communications aboard the plane, it's likely that the NSA would have been able to intercept this, he added. Paranormal Mysteries: Joining the show for the last 90 minutes from the UK, author and paranormal expert Lionel Fanthorpe addressed a number of topics, and recounted several tales such as the Oak Island mystery. He mentioned that he's currently working on a story for a speculative book called The Vatican Vaults, about hidden objects stored there. For his piece, he's postulating that Saunière of Rennes-le-Chateau sent a secret document to the Vatican, which has now been uncovered. Fanthorpe discussed voodoo, a mixture of early Catholicism and ancient African religions, which involves Loas-- lesser deities or saints that act as messengers. Voodoo participants can work themselves up into a spiritual or religious frenzy, and some of them become willingly possessed by a Loa, he shared. He also spoke about a haunted bookshop in Texas, where books inexplicably moved about when no one was there, as well as the storied Voynich manuscript, considered to be one of the most mysterious texts in the world

Billy Meier UFO CASE;

In the latter half, Michael Horn, spokesperson for UFO contacted Billy Meier, talked about the controversy that continues to swirl around the infamous case as well as messages allegedly imparted to Meier concerning the dangers facing humanity. "The Billy Meier UFO case," Horn declared, "is what the UFO cover-up is actually, really, and completely about." To that end, he lamented that the case receives little attention from the mainstream media and even 'alternative' paranormal programming which regularly cover UFO stories such as Roswell and abductions.  The case is so troubling to the 'powers that be,' Horn contended, that attempts to get his new film about the case shown at Arizona State University resulted in the movie being "banned" by the Philosophy and Religion department there.
 
Regarding the predictions of Meier, Horn stressed that the prophecies center around warning the human race to improve our treatment of the planet. According to Horn, the ETs told Meier that they lost 43 million of their people due to misuse of atomic energy. In turn, they advised that the solution to the planet's energy needs could come from deep geothermal energy, which comes from within the Earth in the form of heat.  Chillingly, Horn also cited messages from the ETs to Meier which cautioned that, in our current era, natural disasters and catastrophes would occur more frequently, but will be quickly forgotten in an effort to rebuild, eerily mirroring the public reaction to the Deepwater Horizon oil spill and the Fukushima meltdown among other recent calamities

BIGFOOT EVIDENCE ;

In the first half of the program, authors and Bigfoot researchers Rob Riggs and Tom Burnette discussed why they believe the mysterious apelike creature is real. The two men began their joint study after discovering they shared a similar theory relating unusual luminosities in the woods to Bigfoot sightings. "Other researchers seem to leave this phenomena out or just discard it completely," Burnette said. According to Riggs, these creatures are real animals (see photos ) but with extraordinary abilities, such as telepathy, not seen in other animals. This allows them to keep hidden from humans and stalk prey, he added. Burnette concurred, noting how Bigfoot seem to have a mastery over physics and can accurately reproduce any sound they hear.

"We feel like we have substantial evidence that there is some kind of undiscovered wild primate in the Southern United States," Riggs continued. Burnette shared a firsthand encounter he had with the beast in 1986. He remembered hearing something run through the woods, getting pelted by rocks and dirt, and finally seeing a creature stare at him from behind a tree. Its head appeared to be a foot and a half wide with two black eyes set about six inches apart, he recalled, describing it as "something similar to that of a Neanderthal man but more apelike." Riggs thinks the animal is a cross between a gorilla and Howler monkey, similar to the Myakka Ape in Florida. Burnette suggested these creatures are highly intelligent, pointing out that they have left gifts of food and wood at his house. He also recounted the story of a female friend who was dragged into the woods by a Bigfoot and escaped by breaking a bottle over the creature's head.

ANGELS;

In the latter half, professional Angelologist and international author, Chantel Lysette , detailed her interaction with the archangels and explained the nature of the divine realm as well as how heavenly beings manifest here on Earth to offer guidance. She traced her relationship with divine forces back to childhood, when she would receive guidance from unseen voices that protected her from harm. Later in life, she recalled, her spirit guide introduced her to the archangels which led her to "work with God's messengers." According to Lysette, as she spent more time with the archangels, these beings became more human to her and she saw their specific personalities on display. To that end, she shared the story of being on a flight and listening to the angels bicker about who was best at keeping the plane in the air.

Lysette marveled that the process of summoning an angel for help is much simpler than we have been led to believe. She revealed that merely asking, in a straightforward fashion, for assistance from the angels will draw their attention. "All you have to do is, with an earnest heart, ask the angels to come into your life," she said, "and if you are serious about it, they will come." However, Lysette emphasized that the angels will expect the person to make changes in their life that will further their own spiritual growth. She also differentiated between angels and archangels, noting that the former are tasked with specifically interacting with humans while the latter are "more like helpers," who carry out tasks in heaven. During her appearance, Lysette also shared insights into whether demons are really part of the divine realm as well as the nature of Heaven.

NOAH "S ARK ;

In the first half of the program, author and publisher, Larry Stone , discussed his extensive research into Noah's Ark. He stressed that the tale of Noah is not merely a Biblical story, since it can also be found in the Koran, and that there are huNOAHndreds of similar accounts of the legend throughout ancient cultures around the world as well. To those who believe the story happened as it is told in the Bible, he said, the event is suspected to have taken place around 5,000 years ago. Regarding the animals on the ship, Stone noted that researchers of the Ark story have surmised that approximately 16,000 creatures would have been required to satisfy God's orders to save "two of every kind," since 'kind' may not have necessarily meant specific 'species.' Since most of these animals would have weighed less than 200 pounds, he argued that the logistics of such a project were actually not as complex as it might seem.

Stone also detailed various instances, in the modern era, of people looking for the Ark at Mt. Ararat in Turkey, where it is believed to have settled after the flood. He shared one particularly intriguing story about an oil explorer, named George Green, who commissioned a helicopter to fly him over Ararat in search of the ship in 1953. Allegedly, the mission was a success and he took high quality pictures of the ancient boat resting on the mountain. Green would go on to show these photos to prospective investors in the hopes of funding a future expedition to the mountain. Later, on a trip to Guiana, Green was found murdered and the contents of his briefcase, which were likely the Noah's Ark pictures, went missing. While it remains increasingly difficult to travel to Mt. Ararat in search of the Ark, Stone noted that locals claim that "God will reveal the Ark to an unbelieving world" just prior to the End Times.

THE FUTURE ;

In the latter half, director of communications for the World Future Society, Patrick Tucker ,discussed the profound changes coming our way from technology and big data. He described himself as "cautiously bullish" about technology and the future, expressing excitement that humanity seems to be improving in its ability to both talk about and predict what may be ahead for us. Tucker mused that while humans spend 70% of our time looking ahead to the future, we only seem to be able to predict small scale events and not larger trends. This, he said, will change as technology improves. "Because of the enormous amounts of data that we're creating," he marveled, "we'll be able to understand those futures in ways that are much more accurate than ever before in history."

Due to the prevalence of technology in everyday life, Tucker said, people inadvertently generate a massive amount of unseen data about themselves that is shared amongst computers. Using the example of a cell phone knowing your precise location as soon as you turn it on and then gleaning more information about you as it is used, he explained that "this is your meta data and it speaks volumes about you." While the accumulation of such personal information may seem unsettling, Tucker argued that, rather than fruitlessly attempt to minimize the data we create, people will eventually learn to harness it as a means of discerning what the future may hold. In the first half of the program, author Brian Kannard detailed his research into the life of John Steinbeck and how that investigation revealed that the famed writer may have secretly worked as a spy for the CIA. Kannard recalled that, while studying Steinbeck's interest in Arthurian legend and Holy Grail lore, he serendipitously discovered that the author had secretly worked for the OSS during World War II. Although Steinbeck was allegedly a war correspondent during the conflict, Kannard revealed that the author was also part of a "prototype SEAL unit" called the Beach Jumpers. Following the war, when the CIA was in its infancy, Kannard said, they turned to patriotic celebrities, such as Steinbeck, who could gain access to areas and information abroad that "the average tourist wouldn't have." Although Steinbeck was considered extremely liberal and possibly a communist, Kannard observed that the author, unlike his contemporaries in the arts, was never called before the House Committee on Un-American Activities. Citing a letter written by Steinbeck where the author expressed certainty that he would never be called to testify, Kannard surmised that this confidence was due to protection afforded to him via his work with the CIA. Based on his research, Kannard theorized that Steinbeck worked for the CIA at least until 1964, when he visited the Soviet Union, and possibly even later when the author traveled to Vietnam "at the behest of Lyndon Johnson." Interestingly, while much of Kannard's work is informed by FOIA documents, he noted that the FBI destroyed numerous files concerning Steinbeck, which suggests that the government wanted to conceal something about the author's past.

SELF-DEVELOPMENT ;

On Sunday night, renowned author and speaker in the field of self-development, Dr. Wayne Dyer, discussed his new memoir I Can See Clearly Now, which chronicles transformative events and encounters from his life. He has come to believe that there are no accidents. Although we may not be aware of who or what is "moving the checkers," life has a purpose and each step of our journey has something to teach us, he argues. An early influence came from his 4th grade teacher, Mrs. Engles, who read the book The Secret Garden aloud in class. "All of the things that I've done in my life have really been to teach people that there is a secret place within each and everyone of them, and that if they go there and realize who they are and how powerful they are, they can create anything," he explained. Dyer shared a miraculous event that happened at a monastery/church in San Damiano, just outside of Assisi, Italy when he had a vision of St. Francis, and his ailing knee was healed in that moment. He also described remote healings from leukemia that he received from John of God in Brazil, while he was living in Maui in 2011. John of God allows entities that date back as far as the 16th century to come through him and conduct surgeries, and was able to successfully "operate" on Dyer, even though they were in different countries. After the procedure, Dyer had a spiritual awakening, and became more in touch with compassion. "Circumstances do not define you, they reveal you," Dyer commented, adding that even people who experience horrific situations can transcend them. We can attract or create whatever it is we want by using our own imagination and inner world to act as if what we want has already manifested, instead of being dependent on what our senses tell us, he continued. Yet, results tend to be better if instead of coming from a place of 'what's in it for me?' people are asking 'how may I serve?' he pointed out.

	On Thursday's show, Earthfiles investigative reporter, Linda Moulton Howe, discussed the more than 100 earthquakes in the Oklahoma City area since February 13th; a link between bizarre trumpet and metallic sounds with black aerial triangular craft; an unusually large number of dolphins found stranded and/or dead in the northern Gulf of Mexico; and new research that confirms the Arctic is warming faster than the rest of the planet. In addition to the small magnitude quake swarms that continue in Oklahoma, many people reported to authorities loud booms and houses shaking, with one resident saying it "felt like bombs going off." Austin Holland, a seismologist at the Oklahoma Geological Survey, told Linda that the area has the potential to have a large earthquake (1,300 years ago on the Meers fault, a magnitude 7 occurred), but the recent swarm of seismic activity does not necessarily indicate that. Independent witnesses in California and Idaho reported black triangles hovering close above their respective houses. Trumpet sounds came from the triangle in California in the 1998 incident, and metal scraping was heard in Idaho in 2009. The Idaho witness, a man named Wane, described the craft as "very big, dark, and it was moving slowly in a relatively low elevation making a very odd, loud, outrageously metallic scraping noise." Mark, a remote viewing instructor, spoke of being awakened by the sound of a trumpet, which increased in intensity, as a black craft slowly drifted above his home. In her third report, Linda detailed the unusually large number of bottle nose dolphins found stranded and/or dead or seriously diseased in the northern Gulf of Mexico since the BP oil spill of spring 2010. Eighteen marine scientists joined together to study the stranding of 1,062 dolphins along the Texas/Louisiana border, of which 913 were bottle nose dolphins. In a recent publication of the Environmental Science & Technology journal and in a February 2014 NOAA-hosted press conference, the scientists cited the dire situation of dolphins found in Barataria Bay, Louisiana, and suggested their conditions "could likely be linked with their exposure to the Deepwater Horizon oil spill." In February 2014, the U.K. suffered unrelenting hurricane conditions and winter flooding, while in the eastern half of the United States, record-breaking cold, icy rain and snow have overwhelmed local and state government abilities. Simultaneously, the western half of the United States is suffering one of the worst droughts on record, threatening water supplies. All of these weather events are directly linked to the wavy pattern the jet stream has increasingly been taking in recent summers and winters, Linda reported. Atmospheric physicist Jennifer Francis explained that the jet stream now is largely driven by warm Arctic temperatures close to the ground and very cold stratospheric winds high above the Earth reacting to the cold and heat imbalances. Further, the entire Arctic is melting two to three times faster than areas farther south, and the weather extremes we've been experiencing could become the new normal.

   I received a call recently from a retired TWA pilot who urgently needed to speak with me. He introduced himself as a commercial airline pilot with 48 years of flying experience who had had two incredible sightings during his career as a pilot that he now felt comfortable talking about since he was retired, but that was not what prompted him to call, it was a more intriguing story that I will share with you in just a minute.

He started off by sharing a report of being the co-pilot on a TWA flight from Saint Louis to San Francisco, the flight had been delayed several hours due to mechanical problems, but finally got off the ground late in the evening heading West. As the flight approached the state of Nevada Air Traffic Control (ATC) broke the silence stating that traffic was in the area and requested they make an immediate 90 degree turn to the North and wait further instructions, an odd request at nearly 1am and 36,000 feet. Usually little or no air traffic existed at this hour of the morning, especially at this altitude. They immediately followed the instructions given by ATC. As they were heading North he happened to look down and see what appeared to be an ILS turn on, on the dark desert surface below. For those who are not familiar, an ILS is an Instrument Landing System. This ILS was different though, it was a 3-dimensional hologram, something he had never seen before as an airline pilot. It was also blue with violet light crossing at 90 degree angles. The next thing he noticed was that in the upper right hand corner of their cockpit windshield there appeared to be maybe 20-30 firefly type lights flitting around way up high in the sky, they then began making hard right angle turns and shot one after the other down the holographic ILS until every one of them was on the ground. Then the ILS turned off and it was pitch black again on the ground. He turned to the pilot and asked, "Did we just see that?" The pilot looked at him and answered, "No sir, we did not". ATC then came back on the radio and said that they were now clear of any traffic and gave them a new course heading to San Francisco. The exact location of where the holographic ILS opened up and the lights in the sky made hard right angle turns to land was Area 51 he told me. The year was 1988.

   His second story was even more bizarre and corroborates stories that have been circulating for a number of years in the UFO field. It was around the spring of 1960. and he was camping with his uncle and his uncle's friend in the western Sierras. It was nighttime and as he looked up at the night sky the Milky Way looked so close he could almost touch it. As he was looking up he said out loud, "I wonder if we will see a flying saucer tonight?" His uncle's friend who we'll call Frank said to him, "Oh, do you believe in flying saucers?" His reply was short, "Why of course, it would be silly to think that we are all alone with all that we can see that is out there." Frank then said, "Well then, I'll tell you a story but if you ever tell anyone I told you, I'll have to deny it". He then went on to recount how in 1954 while working as a contractor at Edwards Air Force base that one day there was a lot of commotion and a car pulled up and President Eisenhower stepped out of it. He asked one of the MPs standing nearby "What is the President doing at Edwards AFB?" The MP replied, "He's here to meet with beings from another world". At his point he noticed several congressmen get out of the car, and a representative from the Archdiocese of Los Angeles and they proceeded to go into a building on the base that was heavily guarded by MPs. Later that day after the cars had left and the commotion had died down Frank asked his MP friend "So what happened?" Frank was told that the beings told the President that we were destroying the planet and needed to stop immediately (remember this was 1954 and the USA had been setting off Atomic Bombs in the Southwest deserts of the US with some regularity while doing nuclear weapons testing). They told the President that if the United States would take responsibility to be the caretaker of the planet they would be willing to share their technology with us. Our witness thought Frank was kidding him when he told him this story, and never gave it much thought until just recently when he saw a story on TV about the Eisenhower meeting and thought to himself "Holy Cow" Frank WAS telling me the TRUTH! And this was in 1960!!!

   Now my reason for sharing these two stories with you is not to get you to believe that Area 51 exists, or that the Eisenhower meeting with beings from another world was real, but to tell you that the power of MUFON is that people TRUST MUFON as the place to go to share their UFO sighting reports and more. This trust is earned each and everyday by the outstanding work our Field Investigators do in chasing down the facts on each and every case, including the ones just shared above.
