Albert Einstein Top Secret Alien Document
In June of 1947 Albert Einstein and J. Robert Oppenheimer together wrote a TOP SECRET six page document entitled "Relationships with Inhabitants of Celestial Bodies".It says the presence of unidentified spacecraft is accepted as de facto by the military.
It also deals with where do they come from, what should we do in the event of colonization and/or integration of peoples, and why are they here? Finally, the document addresses the presence of celestial astroplanes in our atmosphere as a result of actions of military experiments with fission devices of warfare. Einstein and Oppenheimer encourage consideration of our potential future situation and safety due to our present and past actions in space. How can we avoid a perilous fate?

Relationships with extraterrestrial men presents no basically new problem from the standpoint of international law; but the possibility of confronting intelligent beings that do not belong to the human race would bring up problems whose solution it is difficult to conceive. In principle, there is no difficulty in accepting the possibility of coming to an understanding with them, and of establishing all kinds of relationships.
If these intelligent beings were in possession of a more or less culture, and a more or less perfect political organization, they would have an absolute right to be recognized as independent and sovereign peoples. Another possibility may exist, that a species of Homo sapiens might have established themselves as an independent nation on another celestial body in our solar system and evolved culturally independently from ours. Living conditions on these bodies let’s say the moon,-or the planet Mars, would have to be such as to permit a stable, and to a certain extent, independent life, from an economic standpoint.
Hypothetically other planets may have life forms. Water has been found on our Moon and Mars that can be separated into hydrogen and oxygen, using an electric current or the short wave radiation of the sun. The oxygen could be used for breathing purposes; the hydrogen night be used as a fuel. There is indication that the inhabitants of celestial bodies, or extraterrestrial biological entitle (EBE) desire to settle here.
- If they are politically organized and possess a certain culture similar to our own, they may be recognized as an independent people.
- If they consider our culture to be devoid of political unity, they would have the right to colonize. Of course, this colonization cannot be conducted on classic lines. A superior form of colonizing will have to be conceived, that could be a kind of tutelage, possibly through the tacit approval of the United Nations. We cannot exclude the possibility that a race of extraterrestrial people more advanced technologically and economically may take upon itself the right to occupy another celestial body.
The presence of unidentified space craft flying in our atmosphere (and possibly maintaining orbits about our planet) is now accepted by our military. Military strategists foresee the use of space craft with nuclear warheads as the ultimate weapon of war. Attack no longer comes from an exclusive direction, nor from a determined country, but from the sky, with the practical impossibility of determining who the aggressor is.
When artificial satellites and missiles find their place in space, we must consider the potential threat that unidentified space craft pose. One must consider the fact that miss-identification of these space craft for an intercontinental missile in a re-entry phase of flight could lead to accidental nuclear war.

Alien Craft Sightings by Astronauts
According to un-confirmed reports, both Neil Armstrong and Edwin "Buzz" Aldrin saw UFOs shortly after that historic landing on the Moon in Apollo 11 on 21 July 1969. According to the NASA Astronaut Neil Armstrong, “The Aliens have a base on the Moon and they told us in no uncertain terms to get off and stay off the Moon.”According to a former NASA employee Otto Binder, radio hams with their own VHF receiving facilities that bypassed NASA's broadcasting outlets picked up the following exchange:

STAR SHIELD Hudson Valley Boomerang revisited (1 of 4 Parts)
Michael Schratt writes, “Between 1983 and 1989 over 25,000 eyewitnesses reported seeing large black flying “V” or boomerang shaped craft over the Hudson Valley New York area. The strange craft was also reported over New England and New Jersey.” The mysterious object was seen by pilots, air traffic controllers, computer programmers, police officers, lawyers, teachers, and businessmen. Essentially, people from all walks of life were eyewitnesses to an extraordinary series of sightings.(Illustrations by John MacNeill)
Many people reported a flying wing shaped craft that flew silently, and which measured between 300, and 900 feet across. In addition, eyewitness reports indicated that the craft had multi-colored flashing white, red, and green lights on its bottom surface. Those that were directly below the craft as it flew overhead described its bottom surface as looking like multiple “tubes, pipes, and cylinders”. Others described it as an “inverted Midas Muffler shop”
Ground breaking research by late researcher and aviation expert Tony Gonsalves has identified another startling characteristic of this amazing craft. Multiple eyewitnesses reported seeing “transparent panels” on its bottom surface. Those viewing the craft from directly below stated that they could see through these panels, and could clearly identify what looked like steel/structural girder and cross-beams…..like a truss bridge”. Would an alien spacecraft exhibit such characteristics? One of the earliest reports of a “V” or boomerang shaped craft occurred on the night of December 31, 1982 (five minutes before the New Year). Residents of Kent Cliffs NY, observed a strange object which was seen to glide silently over their homes. Traffic on nearby Interstate 84 came to a screeching halt as an object the size of a football field slowly drifted over the highway. One such individual who got a very close look at the craft was IBM program manager Ed Burns (resident of Yorktown heights).
Mr. Burns was driving north on the Teconic Freeway on March 24, 1983 when he spotted a formation of lights that flew directly over his vehicle. He noticed a huge chevron shaped craft which was moving silently very slowly. When he reached the Millwood area, he noticed that 12 cars had pulled off to the side of the road. It was at this point that he saw a gigantic triangular shaped craft which had lights running all around it. Burns commented: “If there is such thing as a flying city, this was a flying city. It was not a small craft. It was huge”. Due to his credibility and experience handling overseas accounts for IBM, his solid testimony was never challenged by skeptics or debunkers. The Manchester NH Union Ledger reported multiple eyewitnesses saw a strange flying craft on October 31st, 1983. One such individual (Sharon Dube of Dover), stated that she saw a silent triangular flying craft around 9:00 PM while returning home. Ms. Dube stated that the craft did not fly like a conventional aircraft, but appeared to hover, and change direction rapidly.
On the night of May 26, 1988 the mysterious boomerang shaped craft was seen over Connecticut. Hundreds of people contacted local and state police to report a huge object with high intensity lights flying low over the towns of Newton and Southbury. One eyewitness who saw mysterious lights was commercial airline pilot Randy Etting. Mr. Etting saw the lights from his home around 9:45 PM. He motioned that there were eight different colored lights that were flying close together without a sound. Using a pair of 7X35 binoculars, he was able to determine that the lights were absolutely connected to one large object. Missouri Battle of UFOs
Cassville -- Mae Condray writes, “I saw two objects that were engaged in a battle to the death about the middle of September.” The local triangular shaped object that hangs out in my area on a regular basis has large beams of strobbing red lights almost like a police car. Two other objects joined him in the battle against a saucer shaped object that came sailing in from the northeast. This object had no lights on it, and the three objects combined and destroyed the saucer shaped object. The debris looked like pieces of pie so I figured it must have been saucer shaped.I assume if they had been inside the atmosphere there would have been a lot of noise when the saucer exploded. The whole event took about 30 seconds from beginning to end. I shudder to think if the unknown object had won the battle. I am in touch with Joe Polermo of the Missouri MUFON group. Peru – Crashed UFO Was Hit by Something
Marine Corps Lance Corporal John Weygandt, who was part of the Disclosure Project, was sent to Peru in March 1997, to provide perimeter security for a radar installation that he was told tracked drug traffic aircraft. He states, “About midnight, while I was on guard duty, Sergeant Allen and Sergeant Atkinson told me, an aircraft crashed and they need us to go and secure the crash site.” Early that morning we drove six Hummers close to the crash site just when it started to get light. We found the area real easy because there was a huge gash in the land where something had crashed. Everything was burned and it was like something had almost cut warm butter with a knife. It was like something on fire or had some kind of energy like a laser had cut it. It was really strange. I was in the front with my sergeants ten meters ahead of everyone else. We were the first ones to see this thing. It had gone up the hill and then off in the side of the ravine and ridge. This was a 200-foot ridge, of solid rock. A huge craft was buried at a 45-degree angle in the side of the cliff there at the ridge. It was straight up and down.The craft was dripping a greenish-purple syrup-like liquid everywhere that fluctuated like it was alive and changing to a different shade of greenish purple. The craft was humming like a bass guitar and had a slowly turning light. Most of the craft seemed buried into the cliff but vents, like a fish gill were on the back. The liquid got on my clothes and ate holes in them and burned off some the hair on my arms. There were three holes in the ship that may have been hatches that were not flush with the main body of the craft. There was another hatch that was kind of crooked to the side and half open. I felt this strange presence and I think the creatures calmed me and were trying to communicate with me telepathically. The Corporal estimated the craft was about 20 meters in length and ten meters in width and shaped like an egg or teardrop.
The skin of the craft had bumps and notches and appendages on it. It was really organic and almost like art. It looked like something that could be made in a shop with handmade materials. It looked like metal but there was no reflection and was nothing like titanium. The sun was shining on it and I could see the different shades of the craft. Suddenly the Sergeants were yelling at me to get the hell out of there.
After we climbed back up, the Department of Energy people were there. They knew about it so I don’t know why we went there. I was arrested and cuffed with both hands down and all my gear was taken from me by men in black cammies who threatened me and subdued me. At the crash site there were thirty guys wearing hazard suits. I had been told aircraft were flying in and out of the atmosphere at mach ten plus. When you have objects that reenter the atmosphere and then stop on a dime and turn around – these craft are not from Earth. I knew that when I looked at it.
I wondered if those facilities were built to track UFO’s and their cover was to track drug aircraft. They had laser range finders and all kinds of high tech stuff that I have never seen before and can’t explain. The laser range finders looked like big telescopes. There was a Command Center manned by a multi-national force. So these craft were tracked from this particular radar and had been hit, some weapons had taken it out.
Editor’s Note: Corporal Weygandt described a craft damaged by enemy action, either ours or an opposing alien force. His testimony on Page 274 of “Disclosure: Witnesses Reveal the Greatest Secrets” by Steven Greer M.D. indicates lethal deadly force was being used against alien intruders during the Clinton Administration. We can assume this war continues
