Nessie, is that you?

A Scottish woman on vacation at Loch Ness was fortunate enough to have the tourist experience that thousands of visitors to the site every year hope for when she seemingly spotted Nessie! Calley Tulleth took a holiday to the famed paranormal landmark with her family and, during a leisurely lunch, she suddenly noticed something very strange in the water. Thankfully, Tulleth managed to photograph the anomalous "blue thing" she saw swimming in the water. Read more.

Lights over St. Louis

Mysterious Light Appears Over St. Louis:
Multiple videos have emerged of a mysterious light hovering over the St. Louis Gateway Arch on August 2nd, 2016. Illinois resident Chase Rhoads filmed his video around 2:30 am while on break at his job as a cleaning consultant. Rhoads guessed that the light hovered about two hundred feet over the arch. "It didn't fly over," Rhoads said. "It just appeared." And he's not the only one who saw something. A surveillance camera at Malcolm W. Martin Memorial Park also captured a mysterious light.

Horror & Sci-Fi Films

In the first half of Friday's show, George Noory welcomed the host of Cinema Insomnia, Mr. Lobo , for a discussion on sci-fi and horror films. Lobo commented on the popularity of his on-demand streaming show, noting 63,000 views have come from George's other home city, St. Louis. He currently produces 10 episodes a year and features comedic and interesting bits about movies such as Plan 9 from Outer Space and other so-called "trashy" films. According to Lobo, a recent study has found people who enjoy such films are highly intelligent. "So we don't have bad taste, we're just really smart," he said. Read the full recap.
